Pathway to Certification:
Level 1: Fundamentals in Business Coaching $2600
3 weeks in length. Cohort meets a total of 3 times, once per week on zoom for 6 hours with a 30-minute lunch break, from:
10:30am-4:30pm EST/ 7:30am-1:30pm PST on either Mondays or Tuesdays.
In this immersive course, you will also need to set aside around 4 hours per week for reading and homework assignments. You will earn a total of 35 total training hours on your certificate.
This is a foundational course in business and leadership coaching for those working with early education clients. You will earn a Certificate after completing the training, and receive an E-book, slides, dozens of tools and resources, and access to a community of like-minded coaches. There are no prerequisites for the Level 1 course.
Level 2 builds upon what you learned in Level 1, and is the pathway to earning your Certification as an ECE Professional Business Coach.
Level 2: Certified Professional Business Coach $1500
4 weeks in length. Cohort meets a total of 4 times, once per week on zoom for 3 hours, from:
11am- 2pm EST/ 8am-11 am PST on either Mondays or Tuesdays.
In addition, you will have about 3 hours of reading and homework assignments each week. You will earn a total of 30 additional training hours, and earn a certification, certificate, and digital badge that says, “Certified Professional Business Coach”, after successfully submitting one video of a coaching session, which will be graded pass/fail. If you fail, you will have unlimited opportunities to re-submit.
Level 2 builds upon what you learned in Level 1, and is the pathway to earning your Certification as an ECE Professional Business Coach.
There are prerequisites for the Level 2 course: You must have taken either Level 1 or an equivalent 35+ hour introductory course to coaching, and you must have logged at least 20 hours coaching clients in the field, prior to the start of this course.
