The Center for Coaching Strategies (CCS) is a national coach training and professional development organization specializing in business and leadership coaching within Early Childhood Education (ECE) systems. We strengthen the capacity of coaches, technical assistance providers, consultants, and systems leaders who support child care businesses and early learning programs.
What We Do
Through structured certification pathways, professional development cohorts, embedded coaching supports, and customized training, CCS equips ECE systems professionals with practical coaching skills and leadership frameworks aligned with equity, access, quality improvement, and sustainability priorities.

ECE programs are motivated by a love for working with children, a solution to their own child care needs, and the intrinsic reward of running an early education program.

Our Solution
We provide beginner and advanced coach training courses so you can become a Certified Business Coach and help early child care educators start, grow, and strengthen their businesses. Our courses are taught by expert instructors who will be available to meet with you one-on-one and provide guidance and support as you move through the course. You will join a community of other professionals taking the course and will have the opportunity to practice your coaching skills so you can graduate the course with confidence.
