AT THE CENTER FOR COACHING STRATEGIES, we partner with Shared Services Alliances, Child Care Resource Agencies, Non-profits, and other Organizations to provide evidence-driven coach training tailored to child care business needs.
The Center for Coaching Strategies offers 2 Levels of Certification to help business coaches develop strong, effective partnerships with clients. Taught by International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credentialed Coaches, we adhere to ICF professional standards in coaching.

Our Solution
We provide beginner and advanced coach training courses so you can become a Certified Business Coach and help early child care educators start, grow, and strengthen their businesses. Our courses are taught by expert instructors who will be available to meet with you one-on-one and provide guidance and support as you move through the course. You will join a community of other professionals taking the course and will have the opportunity to practice your coaching skills so you can graduate the course with confidence.
When you graduate the course you will receive a certificate, tons of useful coaching resources, and be invited to join our monthly Community of Practice meetings. We also provide ongoing one-on-one mentor coaching. Our ECE business training is proven to be effective and impactful in changing the lives of our clients and helping them reach their business goals.
